They had the parts in stock, which was good, but the fit was just a little off. It worked okay, I guess, but something about it made me wonder if it was exactly the right part or not

"The site was a pain to..."
The site was a pain to use. I’d search for one part and it kept showing me the wrong stuff, then my cart froze twice. Checkout was annoying too because it made me retype my info — actually, not just annoying, it was frustrating by that point. The order confirmation took forever to come through. I don’t see myself using it again.

"Got the Help I Needed Fast"
I had a question about my order and just wanted it sorted out quickly. They got back to me fast, and the response actually felt like someone read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and after that everything went smoothly for me. I really appreciate customer service that makes my life easier.

"Prices felt fair"
I was in a laid-back mood when I checked it out, and the prices seemed okay. Not exactly cheap, but the value felt decent enough for what you get.

"Parts got here fast and everything was fine"
I ordered a couple parts from Green Farm Parts they shipped quicker than I expected. The tracking actually worked too, which is always nice because sometimes, anyway, the box showed up right when it said it would. Everything inside was packed decent and matched what I ordered. Shipping wasn’t exactly the cheapest, but it was reliable, so I’m good with it...
